Spezifität: This antibody recognises CD226. Clone DX11 is reported to inhibit T- and NK cell mediated cytotoxicity against tumour cell targets and to block TNF alpha and IFN gamma secretion by alloantigen-specific T-cells. We recommend the use of SM2023A for funtional studies.

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Rekonstitution: Restore with 0.25 mL distilled water
